If you are a people person and thrive working in an environment where you are constantly interacting with new people every day and perform a diverse range of tasks, this job should be right for you.
After completing the 80 hour dental assisting program you will be capable of preparing patients for treatment, assisting the dentist during procedures, charting, taking x-rays, sterilizing instruments, providing oral hygiene instructions, preparing dental filling materials, taking impressions, managing the front office, treatment coordinating and case presentation, HMO and PPO billing and much more. You will be ready to step right into your new career!
Program Description
The dental assistant program runs for 80 hours total and you have the capability of working at your own pace and in your own home. The Program includes a book study format along with quizzes. After the training course, each student will have the opportunity to do a 40 hour externship in a local dental office, if desired. This externship is recommended and will provide you with hands on experience in the field. A certificate of completion will be issued at the end of each course.

Our training is designed to promote the basic, entry level dental assisting skills. After completing this training program, you can begin a career in the dental field. Our training program focuses on the dental assisting skills and procedures you will utilize on a daily basis.
